Privacy Statement

The short version: mHumanTrackAI does its work entirely on your machine. There is no cloud, no telemetry, and nothing to upload.

The short version

mHumanTrackAI processes your camera feed, body movements, and optionally your screen's UI layout — entirely on your own computer. Nothing is ever uploaded, transmitted, or shared with anyone, including M4HERX. There are no accounts, no telemetry, no analytics, and no cloud services involved in the software's operation.

What mHumanTrackAI processes

Camera feed and body tracking

The software accesses your webcam(s) to track your body, hands, fingers, and joints in real time. This video feed and the movement data derived from it (skeletal pose, gestures, finger positions) are:

  • Processed locally on your machine only.
  • Used only to drive cursor movement, gestures, and game input as configured by you.
  • Never recorded unless you explicitly enable session recording in the app settings.
  • Never transmitted over the internet or to any external server.

If you enable session recording, recordings are saved only to the local folder you choose and are under your full control.

Screen content (Accessibility Mode — Pointer Assist)

When the Smart Snap / pointer-assist feature is active, the software reads the UI element tree of your foreground window (via Windows UI Automation) to identify the location of buttons and interactive controls near your cursor. Optionally, it may capture a small region of your screen around the cursor to assist detection where the UI tree is incomplete.

This screen data is:

  • Processed in memory only, transiently, and immediately discarded.
  • Never stored, logged, or transmitted.
  • Used only to adjust cursor precision in that moment.

A visible indicator in the app shows when this feature is active. You can disable it at any time in Settings.

Input actions

The software translates your detected gestures into mouse clicks, keyboard presses, and controller inputs on your own machine. These actions are processed locally and are not logged or transmitted.

What mHumanTrackAI does NOT do

  • Does not collect usage statistics or analytics.
  • Does not send crash reports or error logs anywhere.
  • Does not create user accounts or require registration.
  • Does not access the internet during normal operation.
  • Does not record your camera without your explicit action.
  • Does not read, store, or transmit your screen content.
  • Does not share any data with M4HERX or third parties.

When the internet IS used (NVIDIA GPU systems only)

On systems with a supported NVIDIA GPU, the Additional Technologies component manager downloads optional components (GPU runtimes, models) from configured URLs only when you explicitly press “Download”. No background downloads occur. The downloaded files come from their respective publishers (NVIDIA, Hugging Face, etc.) and are subject to those publishers' own terms and privacy policies.

The “?” help button in the Additional Technologies window opens a URL in your default browser. That URL is a web page governed by its own privacy policy.

Biometric data

Body movement data derived from your camera (pose landmarks, gesture patterns) constitutes biometric-adjacent data under some privacy regulations, including the GDPR (EU). This data is processed solely on your local machine, is not stored beyond the current session (unless you enable recording), and is not transmitted. No profiling, identification, or persistent tracking of individuals is performed.

Children

mHumanTrackAI is not directed at children and does not knowingly process personal data from individuals under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you are under that age, please ensure a parent or guardian has reviewed this statement.

Third-party components

mHumanTrackAI uses open-source libraries (MediaPipe, ONNX Runtime, rtmlib, etc.) listed in the Third-Party Notices. These libraries run locally and do not independently transmit data. Their respective authors' privacy practices apply to their own projects, not to mHumanTrackAI's operation.

Your control

  • Camera access can be revoked at any time in Windows Settings → Privacy & security → Camera.
  • Pointer Assist / screen reading can be disabled in the app's Settings at any time.
  • Session recordings, if created, can be deleted from your local drive at any time.
  • Uninstalling the software removes all app files. Any session recordings you saved remain in the folder you chose and must be deleted manually if desired.
