1. GRANT OF USE

   Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining
   a copy of this software and associated documentation files
   ("mHumanTrackAI"), to use the software for personal or commercial

   You may share the original, unmodified software in its original form

      M4HERX.

   d) Use this software, in whole or in part, as a basis for a competing
      product intended for distribution or sale.

3. SOURCE CODE

   The source code of mHumanTrackAI is made available for viewing and
   personal reference only. You are permitted to read and study the
   source code for educational purposes. You may NOT:

   a) Redistribute, publish, upload, or share the source code or any
      modified version of it, on any platform or through any medium.

   b) Incorporate the source code, in whole or in part, into another
      software product intended for distribution, whether free or
      commercial.

4. ATTRIBUTION

   Any permitted use or distribution of this software must:

   a) Retain this license file in full.
   b) Preserve the name "mHumanTrackAI" and the credit to M4HERX.

7. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS

   M4HERX reserves the right to publish updated license terms for
   future versions of mHumanTrackAI. The license distributed with each
   specific release governs that release only. Continued use of a
   release constitutes acceptance of the license terms accompanying it.
